Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product from LosAlleys.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following
Refund and Return Policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method
of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is reflected.

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale or discounted items are final sale and
non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product,
please contact us at sales@losalleys.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift
credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be
issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
